One of the largest Islamic banks in the worldThe Al Ward branch was completely developed on King Abdullah Road, consisting of two floors. The mechanical works included air conditioning, plumbing, and civil defense systems. As for low-current systems, safety and security systems were implemented, along with CCTV cameras, data transmission, computer room setup, and self-fire extinguishing system.
Regarding building works, it encompassed interior finishes, flooring, gypsum ceilings, and the use of natural and artificial marble and iron for ceiling and wall decorations, in addition to aluminum works. External facades were executed with the highest quality, speed, and precision, using steel structures, stone, glass, and cladding.
Finally, external flooring was completed using interlock, access stairs, and parking facilities.
